FAQ
I. Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
If you’re getting married within 50 miles from Atlanta, there will be no travel expenses applied to your package.
Any other locations within US or abroad are discussed and confirmed individually. Same thing applies for sessions.
II. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we do! We are very flexible with payments. We allow our clients to split their payment plan from 1-3 different payments.
III. We want to include our dog into the elopement ceremony and photos, is that okay?
Absolutely! Including your furry family members makes for such beautiful and fun memories. We can try to include your dog into the actual wedding ceremony, as well as the formal family portraits.
IV. How long does it take to receive the photos after the session/wedding and how will those be delivered?
I'd say around 2-3 weeks for weddings and elopements, and a week for sessions. You will receive an online gallery with your total photos according to the package you chose. You will be able to share with family and friends, post on social media, etc. All the images will be in high quality.
V. Do you offer photoshop retouching?
Self-love is the best kind of love. You're beautiful the way you are! The only form of major retouching we do is blemishes, bruises, and remove anything else that is temporary. Any other distraction in the picture will be removed from the background. We do not offer body retouching of any kind.
VI. Do we need a wedding officiant for our elopement? If yes, can you recommend one?
Yes and Yes!! I have a couple of people who I can recommend.
VII. I want to reschedule my wedding date. What are the next steps?
If you’ve already booked us and paid the deposit fee, we would basically take that retainer and apply it to your new wedding date (if we are available and if it takes place within 6 months of the calendar year.) If you’d like to reschedule your wedding date for a date over the 6 month mark, you forfeit your initial retainer fee and a new one would need to be created for your new date.
Same rule applies to all sessions.
